About Stephenie
Stephenie Dirr brings 25 years of human capital, labor relations, leadership development, and organizational change experience to every engagement.
Her work spans small organizations building their first HR function and global companies navigating sophisticated workforce challenges. Her experience is rooted in manufacturing - environments where people strategy has to survive contact with real operations.
Stephenie holds an M.S. in Labor Relations and an M.A. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology. She is a Ph.D. Candidate in Human Capital Development at The University of Southern Mississippi and holds SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, Prosci change management, and DDI facilitation credentials.

Session policy
The $250 fee is due in full at booking. Please complete the intake form at least 24 hours before the session.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the session for a full refund, or reschedule once without penalty. Cancellations made with less notice are nonrefundable.
Sessions end at the scheduled time and are considered missed after 15 minutes. Written recommendations are normally emailed within two business days.
